At Old Soul Gadgets, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide quality vintage and classic mobile phones that have been tested before dispatch. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 15-day return and replacement policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be returned within 15 days of delivery.
• Be in the same condition in which it was received.
• Include all accessories, batteries, chargers, manuals, and packaging (if provided).
• Not show signs of physical damage, misuse, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

2. Replacement Policy

If you receive:

• A defective product
• A product that is not functioning as described
• An incorrect item

You may request a replacement within 15 days of delivery.

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will ship a replacement product at no additional cost, subject to availability.

If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are available for eligible returns that meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

• Products damaged due to customer misuse.
• Devices with physical damage, cracks, dents, or liquid damage after delivery.
• Products repaired or altered by unauthorized service providers.
• Missing accessories or components originally supplied with the device.
• Return requests submitted after the 15-day return period.

6. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Old Soul Gadgets may cover the return shipping cost.
• For returns requested for other approved reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Warranty Information

All eligible products include a 5-Month Limited Warranty against manufacturing and functional defects under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage
• Water or liquid damage
• Accidental damage
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Damage caused by improper use
